Tonight I made meatloaf for dinner and it was so yummy. I think it was my best yet so I decided to put the recipe (if you can call it that) here. I do not have measurements. I just want to remember how I made it for next time-
- Ground beef
- cubed bread scraps
- a lot of fresh chopped parsely
- teaspoon of sea salt
- teaspoon of pepper
- large egg
- teaspoon horseradish
- about 1/2 cup ketchup
- teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- large onion finely chopped
- heaping teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- about 1/4 backstrap molasses
- about 2 tablespoons worchestire sauce
Mix altogether; place in pan spread top with ketchup; lay slices of bacon on top. Bake 375 20 min then add bake potatoes to oven and increase temp to 425 and bake another hour.
