The Art of Salad Making

I love a fresh salad for lunch. This is the one I had today.

It has a bed of organic baby Romain lettuce, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, chicken, red radish, white cheddar cheese and pine nuts. I sprinkled it with garlic and herb seasoning and sqeezed some lemon on it and drizzled extra-virign olive oil over the top. It was very refreshing.
